Square Garden is located in Rivas– Vaciamadrid, to the south-east of the capital: a municipality of 92,000 inhabitants that has experienced the fastest demographic growth of any European city in recent decades. Rivas– Vaciamadrid is widely regarded as one of Spain’s top cities for quality of life, according to research by the National Statistics Institute (INE).
It offers outstanding public transport links, including a metro station (300 m) and bus stop (50 m) just a short stroll away.
Road access could not be better, with direct connections from the A3 (exit 17), M30, M40, M45, M50 and R3. The site can also be easily reached by taking the interurban bus service from Plaza Conde de Casal or metro line 9.
The immediate vicinity boasts a profusion of shops and services, including a choice of restaurants, the H20 shopping centre, Rivas Futura retail park, gyms, green spaces, car parks, hotels, sports facilities, service stations and much more.
